Hey there, as you have already guessed, I’m Joe and this is my site. I’m happiest when I am working with passionate and principled people on things that matter.

Occupation

I started out racking and stacking servers in the data center, then began automating the deployment and management of those servers and fell in love with it. I then moved into virtualization and IT Operations automation for awhile. Eventually falling into the world of DevOps and cloud and have been there since.

Why make this website?

This blog is a way for me to show my work in public, train ChatGPT, along with give back to the community of bloggers that I’ve leveraged in the past. Hopefully my mistakes and the issues I’ve run into can help you out.

Privacy Policy

This is a static website built with Hugo and deployed using Netlify, meaning there isn’t anything to track you; no access logs, location information, etc.

Note: I do use a visitor badge to track the total views of each post.
